Perfect Stack Launch Notes

A precision-timing game where every placement matters. Line up your blocks, cut less, and keep climbing.

What makes this one fun

Perfect Stack is built around a single high-pressure decision: when to place the moving block. If your timing is clean, your tower stays wide and stable. If you drift, the overhang gets trimmed, and your margin for error gets smaller on the next move.

Core gameplay loop

  • Watch the current block move left and right.
  • Tap or click to lock it in place.
  • Only the overlap remains for the next layer.
  • Keep stacking until overlap becomes too small.

It starts easy, but the speed ramps up as your score grows. The loop is simple enough to learn immediately, but tight enough to demand focus after the first few layers.

Scoring and progression

You get +1 for each successful placement. Near-perfect alignments reward an extra point, so the fastest way to improve is not just surviving longer, but landing cleaner placements.

The game also saves your best score locally, making it easy to chase your personal record in quick sessions.

Electronic sound feedback

We added lightweight synth-style tones for placement, perfect hits, trims, and game over. The goal is not to flood the player with noise, but to give short, readable feedback that reinforces rhythm and timing.

Prefer silence? You can toggle sound off anytime with the in-game button.

Quick tips for higher scores

  1. Don’t rush your early placements — width is your insurance.
  2. Use the block edges as your visual guide, not the center.
  3. When speed increases, focus on rhythm over panic reactions.
  4. Reset quickly after misses to build consistency.
